Oak Meadow Festivals

Oak Meadow hosts three wonderful festivals every year!  Inviting members and nonmembers out to experience the fun! 

Fall Festival, usually in October is an evening full of fun, friends, and food. There will be pumpkins, face painting, vendors, hay rides, concessions, beverages, and games.  

Holiday in the Meadow is in December.  Come visit with Santa, have some hot chocolate on the hayride and check out the food, vendors and fun!!

FIESTA in the Meadow is brand new and is celebrating our neighborhood and FIESTA of course!  Confetti eggs, Margarita contest...all the fun!

We welcome vendors to both festivals.  The entry fee is $25.00 for one event or $45 for two events.  The deadline to apply is a week before each festival.  Only one of each specific direct sales business allowed.   Festivals are fundraisers for the OMSC, we do not allow vendors to sell items that compete with OMSC concessions.  All vendors must complete and mail in form listed below.
